Dandelions for Mama: A Boulder Motherhood Session

When this sweet mama reached out to me in the hopes of capturing the closeness and connection she had with her toddler while also mentioning they lived on 15 acres near the foothills of Boulder, I knew this was a dream session:  Colorado mountain views, towering pines, and a babbling creek on their property...uh, yes please! I couldn't respond fast enough!

With an intentional slower pace our aim was to capture the beauty around us, both the  physical surroundings and the heart kind that reaches deep into your soul-the sacred bond between mother and child. With connection as our compass and the soft summer grass between our toes we lingered and let Mother Nature guide us, her invitation to sit and bask in the sun while vibrant yellow dandelions became a bountiful gift from the heart of a 2 year old.
